Beverly Roberts Retiring From USB Following More Than Forty Years of Dedicated Service
Beverly Roberts will be retiring from United State Bank on March 31, 2017 after more than 40 years of service. Beverly started her career in bookkeeping in 1976. She later worked as a Loan Secretary, and then returned to Bookkeeping as head of the department. In 1983 she became Assistant Cashier. In 1999, Beverly was promoted to Vice-President/Cashier and will retain that position up until her retirement.
One of the committees Bev headed up in the late 90’s was the Y2K Committee. There were concerns when the computers rolled forward to the year 2000, software would not recognize the date and everything would crash. Thankfully, that did not happen.
Throughout her career Beverly has interacted with customers and staff to maintain a high level of customer service.
An open house will be held at the Lewistown branch on March 31, 2017 from 11:00 to 1:00 for customers to stop by and wish Beverly well.
