North Shelby Extends School Closure

North Shelby held a board meeting on Wednesday, April 1.

The board voted to extend the district’s closure Thursday, April 30.

The board based their decision on the recommendation from the Shelby County Health Department and the President’s extension until April 30 according to Superintendent Kim Gaines.

Gaines said, “We will return on May 1 unless this is extended by the governor.”
