Starla Wegman of Panama City Beach, Fla. passed away Tuesday September 15, 2020 at Ascension Sacred Heart Bay Hospital.

Starla was born March 29, 1971. She is the daughter of Vic Wegman and Peggy Eaton, both of Shelbina. She is survived by her parents; five siblings, Kandi (Keith) Lorey of Paris, Clint Wegman of Shelbina,  Kenny (Tina) Little of Macon, Kyle (Casey) Little of Shelbina and Casi (Joe) Rubison also of Shelbina. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as two great- nieces and one great-nephew and countless friends she considered family.

Starla was preceded in death by her grandparents, several aunts and uncles, one brother, Ricky Chambliss, one nephew Isac Rubison and her close friend Vance Wall.

Starla spent her life doing what she loved, serving people as a bartender/waitress and trying out residency in several of our 50 states. She was a lover of her family, friends and of all things peace, love and positive vibes. Her radiant smile and kind, giving heart will not soon be forgotten.
