Carl Wiseman

 

Carl Wiseman was born Feb. 26 1938 to John and Clytie Wiseman of Shelbyville.

  Carl peacefully departed this earth on Dec. 15 2020 to be with his wife of 47 years, Betty Wiseman.

  Carl leaves three children Steve (Marylin) Wiseman, Chris (Pam) Wiseman and Lora (Jim) Hiers; three children from Betty’s side, Marcia (Tom) Matter, Teresa (Bob) Edinger and Barbra (Kirby) Dawson; 14 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and one great-great- grandchild.

  Carl leaves two brothers and one sister, David (Joyce) Wiseman, Leland (Patty) Wiseman and Barbra Green Wiseman; sister-in-law Catherine Wiseman.

  Carl was preceded in death by parents John and Clytie Wiseman; siblings Lawrence Wiseman, Harold Wiseman, Donald Wiseman, Joyce Steelman.

  Carl had owned many elevator companies and an elevator inspection company. He loved playing his banjo and tinkering with his cars.

  Because of the current social situation, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
