“Little Free Library” is being offered in Shelby County. “Little Free Library” is a nonprofit that builds community, inspires readers and expands book access for all through a global network of volunteer-led little libraries. Addie Yoder, Leonard is one of those volunteers leading the library that is in Shelbyville. Four members with North Shelby FFA built what will hold the books, from old bleacher boards from the NS gym. It’s a take a book/leave a book library. If a reader has a book to leave, do, but Yoder said if you don’t but want to read one, take it. No need to return unless you want to. The library can be found between the Shelby County Herald office and the Teen Center. Those who want to donate can contact Yoder at 573-881-5247.
