The City of Shelbyville Board met on Monday, June 7 at the city office.
Present were: Mayor Mike Vanskike, Aldermen, Jerry Myers, Rob Southers and Paul Sulser; City Clerk Gina Mesmer and Mark Bross with Klinger Engineering.
Bross reviewed the engineering report for the lagoon. The report will be sent to DNR and Mo Waste Water Committee for any future funding needs. The UV disinfecting system will be the first project to begin and the ammonia compliance will come at a later date.
A motion was approved to accept the engineering report and send to the appropriate agencies.
Mesmer will send out a letter on a property that needs to be mowed.
The minutes and bills were approved.
The next meeting will be Tuesday, July 6.
