Cara Sue Baymiller
Cara Sue Baymiller, 52, of Shelbina, passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021, at the Salt River Community Care Center in Shelbina.
Cara was born September 1, 1969, in Macon, the daughter of William David and Karen Sue (Hunolt) Baymiller. She graduated from North Shelby in 1988 and worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant at the Salt River Community Care Center for several years, where she cared for several residents. She enjoyed baking, crafting, and cats, especially her cat, Silky. Most of all, Cara loved spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her mother, Karen Sue Baymiller of Shelbina; one brother, Dearing David Baymiller (Becky) of Everly, Iowa; one step nephew, Austin; four aunts, Linda Hendrix (Roger), Debbie Robertson, Lola Pollard and Beth Stiefel (Tony); one uncle, John Hunolt; and several cousins.
She is preceded in death by her father, William David Baymiller; grandparents, Dearing and Opal Baymiller and William and Kathryn Hunolt; and three uncles, Kenny Hunolt, Steve Robertson and Ed Pollard.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 21, at Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Home in Shelbina. Burial will follow the service in the St. Michael’s Catholic Cemetery. A visitation will be held Wednesday evening, October 20, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Home in Shelbina.
