Hurley Johnson

Hurley Johnson, 71, of Shelbina, passed away December 15, 2021 at home.

Hurley was born in Louisiana, on April 2, 1950 to Willie Utz and Leland Johnson.

He graduated from South Shelby High School. Hurley worked at Cerro more than half his life and enjoyed sitting on his front porch and spending time with friends and family. Hurley enjoyed telling jokes and making people laugh.

Hurley is survived by Laura Johnson, wife, Ryan Johnson, son and Angel Johnson, daughter.

He was predeceased by his daughter, Angie Johnson and sister, Bonnie Hickman.

Visitation was Monday, December 20, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Greening Eagan Hayes Funeral Home in Shelbina.

A funeral service began at 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Military Honors will follow.
