MSHP Troop B Report
Three Shelbina 16-year-old teens were involved in a rollover accident on Highway 36 ¼ mile east of Clarence on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at 9:50 p.m., in Shelby County.
According to the report, a male, was eastbound driving a 2002 Subaru when he fell asleep causing the vehicle to cross the center of the road, striking a yield sign then running off the right side of road causing the vehicle to overturn.
Occupants were a male and female.
The occupants were transported by private conveyance to Hannibal Medical Center. The driver was taken by private conveyance to Hannibal Regional Hospital. All received minor injuries.
The juveniles were wearing seatbelts.
The Subaru was totaled and towed by Shelbyville Auto Parts. The car was insured.
