The North Shelby Raiders were one of 11 teams competing at the Dennis Hancock meet in Monroe City on Tuesday, April 18, 2023. The girls team scored 88 points to place 4th overall and 1st place among MSHSAA Class 1 schools. The boys team scored 35 points.

At recent meets, North Shelby Track & Field school records were brokne or matched by Lady Raiders Natalie Thrasher, Addy Uhlmeyer and Whitney Shinn. Natalie Thrasher jumped 1.55m (5ft 1in) in the high jump to match the current record set in 1999 by V Stelle. Addy Uhlmeyer threw the javelin 33.70m (110ft 6.75in) to break the record set in 2018 by Maggie von Thun. Whitney Shinn ran the 100m in 12.92sec to break her own record set in 2021.
