The South Shelby Cross Country Boys Team finished seventh overall with a team score of 213 at the Class 2 State Cross Country Meet at Gans Creek Recreational Area in Columbia on Friday, November 3, 2023.
Woodland High School finished first at the meet with a score of 96, followed by Lutheran (Kansas City) with 137, New Covenant Academy with 168, North Platte with 175, Elsberry with 181, and Hermann with 209.
Noah Wilt finished 33rd with a time of 17:38.7; Cooper Seaton finished 46th with a time of 17:55.7; Titus Moore finished 74th with a time of 18:28.7; Beau Mason finished 76th with a time of 18:29.6; Schyler Mason finished 122nd with a time of 19:19.7; Maxwell Mason finished 145th with a time of 20:13.8; and Caden Stevenson finished 160th with a time of 21:44.6.
Abigail placed 32nd overall in the girls meet with a time of 21:33.5.
