Veterans Day Celebrations to be Held

  Local schools will be holding Veterans Day Celebrations on Friday, November 10, 2023, to honor local veterans. All veterans and community members are invited to attend the events.

  Living Water Christian Academy (LWCA) will be honoring local veterans at 11:00 a.m. LWCA is located at 892 Highway B, Leonard.

  South Shelby will be holding a ceremony at 1:00 p.m. in the high school gym. The school is asking veterans to arrive by 12:45 p.m.

  North Shelby Elementary will be holding a celebration at 2:00 p.m. in the elementary gym. Cookies and coffee will be available in the cafeteria at 1:45 for veterans if they want to come a little early.
