Christina Lucille Fifer

Christina Lucille Fifer, 75, of Shelbina, MO passed away on Friday, June 26, 2026 at the University of Missouri Hospital.

Christina was born on November 18, 1950 in Sioux City, IA, the daughter of Lionel Clyde Bertrand and Mayzene Mary Miller.

Survivors include 5 children, Audra Lanpher (Allen) of Monroe City, James Howell II  of Shelbina, Joseph Howell of Shelbina, Derrick Baymiller of Madison, and Sean Baymilller (Jessica) of Monroe City, ten grandchildren; Timothy Fisher (Kaylee) of Lenter, Braxton Lanpher (Lauren) of Centralia, Baylee Powell (Shelby) of Clarence, Alaina Strange (Garrett) of Clarence, Aaron Benn (Hannah) of Perry, Liam Baymiller,  Ian Baymiller, and  Finley Baymiller of Monroe City, Jacob Baymiller of Madison, Riley Baymiller of Shelbina, seven great grandchildren; Rhett Pease, Haislee Bollow, Coleman Powell, Ridge Fisher, Rush Fisher, Bonnie VonThun, Stetson Benn, three siblings; Terry Bertand of Shelbina, Brad Bertrand (Kelly) of Princeton, and Jody Becker (Todd) of Fair Play, MO.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Cheryl Kennison.

Christina worked at Cerro Copper, then at APAC then retired from ConAgra.  She was Christian by faith and enjoyed bowling, playing cards, sewing, cooking, crosswords, and above all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm, Friday, July 3, 2026 at the Greening Eagan Hayes Funeral Home.  Visitation will be held from 11 am to 12 pm prior to the service at the Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral home in Shelbina, MO. Burial will be held after the Funeral at the Hunnewell IOOF Cemetery.
