Man Killed, Arrest Made in DWI-Related Crash

  Fifty-two year-old Glenn L. Randall of Newark was killed Friday, Oct. 9 at approximately 6 p.m. when the 2017 Harley Davidson motorcycle he was operating was struck by a 2016 Ford F150 driven by a Bethel woman.

  Fifty-six year-old Tresa M. Castle was northbound on Route D eight miles south of LaBelle when the vehicle she was driving crossed the center line striking the southbound motorcycle.

  Randall was pronounced dead at the scene by Lewis County Coroner Larry Arnold at 7:22 p.m.

  At 7:48 p.m., the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Castle on a felony charge of DWI death of another not a passenger. She was taken to the Lewis County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

  Assisting at the scene were the MCIU team, Lewis County Sheriff’s Office, and LaBelle Fire Department.
