Clarence Clinic Helps Children Thrive: Unlimited Abilities ABA Celebrates Expansion in North Missouri

CLARENCE, MO –

We are so excited to offer a vital new resource for children and families in rural Missouri. Unlimited Abilities, LLC, an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider, is proud to mark the expansion of its services in Clarence with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Founded with a mission to help every child reach their full potential-without the burden of long-distance travel-Unlimited Abilities has quickly become a trusted support for families seeking high-quality behavioral and educational services close to home. In just six months, the clinic has expanded its reach, serving families throughout northeast Missouri and surrounding communities.

Located at 100 West Maple Street in Clarence, the clinic offers a comprehensive range of services, including academic support, behavior intervention, school consultation, BITE’s Certification, and Individualized Education Plan (IEP) advocacy. The team works collaboratively with families, educators, and school districts to develop individualized plans that improve both academic performance and social development.

Unlimited Abilities utilizes evidence-based ABA practices, including preference assessments, positive reinforcement, and functional behavior analysis. In addition to direct services, the clinic provides staff training and consultation to schools, equipping educators with practical strategies to support student success consistently across classroom settings.

Owner and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Kim Thompson, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, leads a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and special education professionals with extensive experience in both school-based and clinical environments. The clinic is committed to delivering collaborative, family-centered care tailored to each child’s unique needs.

Due to growing demand, availability for new clients is currently limited. Notably, some services may be accessed without a formal medical diagnosis, helping families receive timely support.

Unlimited Abilities is also in the process of becoming a Medicaid and insurance provider. At this time, the clinic offers private-pay options at a lower cost than many providers, along with a limited number of scholarships to ensure accessibility.

Local educators and families recognize ABA therapy as a leading, evidence-based approach for supporting children with autism and other developmental needs. The expansion of Unlimited Abilities represents a meaningful step forward in reducing service gaps and waitlists for rural communities.
