Heartland Christian boys place fifth, girls eighth at Scotland County
Heartland Christian turned in a competitive showing Thursday, April 9, 2026 at the Scotland County Relays, with the boys finishing fifth overall with 56 points and the girls placing eighth with 15 points.
The Eagles were led by strong sprint and field event performances. Kaydn Aldridge paced the boys with a scoring finish in the 100 and a solid showing in the high jump, while David Toro and Daiki Lewis contributed across sprint and relay events. In the field, Simeon Nickerson added key points in both throwing events.
On the girls side, Heartland found points in the sprints and field events, with Jaci Rihanek leading the way in both the 100 meters and javelin.
